The influence of shame, guilt, and fear activation triggered by Covid-19-related stressors on the manifestation of traumatic symptoms is explored in this research. Seventy-two Italian adults, recruited in Italy, were the focus of our study. This study's central objective was to examine the severity of post-traumatic stress and negative feelings arising from experiences linked to the COVID-19 pandemic. 36% of the observed instances were marked by the presence of traumatic symptoms. The manifestation of shame and fear was a predictor of trauma scales. Regarding career stability in established adulthood, participants reported feeling committed to their career paths, noting some negative aspects while emphasizing the positive benefits, including a growing confidence in their professional roles. Cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) are the principal cause of high rates of mortality and morbidity in the human population. The impact of delayed CVD diagnosis extends to both the immediate and long-term health status of patients. Serum chromatograms of three sample categories – before-medicated myocardial infarction (B-MI), after-medicated myocardial infarction (A-MI), and healthy controls – were recorded using an in-house-built UV-light emitting diode (LED) based fluorescence detector for high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) (HPLC-LED-IF). The HPLC-LED-IF system's performance and sensitivity are evaluated using commercial serum proteins as a standard. To visualize the variation across three sample groups, statistical tools such as descriptive statistics, principal component analysis (PCA), and the Match/No Match test were employed. The three categories exhibited distinguishable protein profiles, as shown by statistical analysis.
